Great to meet Rob Craw from the mighty HUXTON CREEPERS who gave his blessing for GreatGigs to shoot their Gala show at the Curtin in full last night.
Those in the know realise Creepers gigs are few and far between so this was always going to be a special occasion for the band and the fans alike…
This evening saw the band revisit their seminal debut album ’12 Days to Paris’ in full, some tracks being played live for the very first time <3…
The lineup was augmented by the presence of Andrew Duffield of the Models on a handful of tracks.
The encore, which followed the album proper consisted of other Creepers classics and some unbelievable covers…
Support for the evening was provided by the sensational Porpoise Spit, a band consisting of a couple of Craw familial members, Rob’s daughter and niece.
Such a brilliant evening and a real treat to know that this rare reunion is now captured for posterity in 4K!
